First-time homebuyers make up a major share of today’s market—and many of them are Millennials with a distinct approach to researching, evaluating, and purchasing a home. This course is designed to help you connect with this fast-growing segment, increase your share of buyer transactions, and confidently guide your clients (and their family and friends) through the first-time homebuying process.

You’ll leave with practical scripts and proven talking points—what to say and how to say it—so you can build trust quickly, overcome common misconceptions, and position yourself as the go-to expert for first-time homebuyers.
