This course is designed to help Students develop an awareness of the various things that we as Professionals do on a daily basis that might inadvertently offend and ultimately alienate our Clients/Customers/Peers. It will open Agent's eyes to the things that we all do and say, without ever meaning any harm, yet happen to upset others. ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required. 2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 10 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions. 3. All students MUST sign-in and out to receive CE credit. 4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.
