This class explores the importance of inclusion, representation, and respect in the real estate profession. Attendees will gain insight into how embracing diverse perspectives helps create stronger workplaces, better service, and more inclusive communities. The course highlights the value of fairness, open dialogue, and collaboration while recognizing differences as a source of innovation, creativity, and strength.

Nate Johnson

Nate K. Johnson’s the Director of Agent Development for Redkey Realty Leaders in St. Louis, MO. He is also the Broker-Owner of Real Estate Solutions, a full-service commercial and property management brokerage. Nate serves as Chairman of the Smart Growth Advisory Board for the National Association of REALTORS and travels throughout the country instructing the Smart Growth for the 21st Century program, which helps REALTORS understand how to build their communities in a sustainable way. Nate is also 2018 President of the Missouri Association of REALTORS.

All courses cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the course date will receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will receive a credit toward another course. “No Shows” forfeit the registration fee.
