This course will help you pick the right smart phone and leverage Video Chat & Calls, QR Codes &/or Apps to maximize the power of the Internet & Modernize Your Phone. Plus we will cover how to get rid of your phone company, fax machine, scanner and much, much more!

• Understand the role & growth of mobile usage by consumers & their communication styles.
• Identify the right smart phone, apps & tools that will allow you to reduce costs & maximize the performance of your phone service
• Understand the role of phones & related tools in customer service so that you can implement them and become more efficient in your daily communications and lead follow up.
