Why you want to attend:
Understand all the signs that a buyer or seller might give off to show how interested they are in the sales transaction. Learn how to tell when your customer is ready to sign or when you've lost them and need to back-pedal to get them back on track. 

Also gain an understanding of how to read the signs that someone is planning a physical attach. 

What you'll learn:
• What are the different types of communicators and how can we work with each?
• How to “read” our customer to see if they’re really ready to buy or not.
• “The Handshake…” 8 different styles and what they mean about the person?
• Read the dynamics between the buyers
• Body language reading: eyes, gestures, expressions, body posture and more.
• Recognizing and following your “gut” feeling.
• What body language messages are YOU sending?
• 22 different categories of “pre-attack indicators” and a demonstration of each
• Analyzing video footage to see how many indicators you can now spot.



ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 8:45 a.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time. 
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. 
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

ANDREA "ANDY" TOLBERT
Andy Tolbert is the president of Compass Training Center, LLC which provides pre-license, continuing education, and specialized training to the real estate, mortgage, and investor industry. Founded in 2002 they have made it their mission to provide top-notch engaging education in the Florida marketplace.

Andy has written 4 courses on short sales and mortgage financing that have been approved by DBPR for CE credits for Florida real estate professionals and has authored several more, including 2 for the Florida Realtors® CE Express program. She saw the trend for short sales long before anyone knew what they were and has been sharing that knowledge long before it was "cool". She's been investing in real estate since 1998 and has been helping other investors succeed as a board member and trainer for the local real estate investment associations since 2000.
