But more so how can a development project stand out in a community? The simple answer is to incorporate art. Art can be used as a community landmark, it can be used to attract a certain clientele, and it can increase property value. That’s just a few examples. Those developers and real estate agents that understand the impact art in real estate are working with art specialists and renowned artists to incorporate art into their development projects. In this class we are going to discuss art’s role in commercial real estate.
