Every REALTOR® must complete the NAR Mandatory REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training once within each cycle. The 6th Cycle will run between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2021. REALTORS® who do not meet the requirement will have their REALTOR® status suspended on January 1, 2022. This is a nationwide requirement for all REALTORS®.

Code of Ethics training was established by NAR in order to:
• Create an awareness and appreciation for the role the code can and should play in REALTORS® professional lives.
• Enhance professionalism and competency
• Encourage REALTORS® to view their code of ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers, and the public.

Lorri Reynolds
There has been no career more rewarding to me both professionally and personally than this one!
My passion as an instructor and mentor began 35 years ago as a high school English teacher in Georgia that later took me to South America as an international corporate trainer in the maritime industry to today as a Florida Realtors® Instructor and Broker. I have been a licensed Realtor® since 1997. I have enjoyed many profound "teaching" moments with and from my students, but the pinnacle of my real estate career was being named "Educator of the Year" in 2018. My ability to connect course materials to experiences both new and seasoned Realtors® are able to understand is my trademark. My platform skills are described as humorous and charismatic with an in-depth knowledge of the subject matter being taught. Personally, I volunteer for several organizations including Community Hospice & Palliative Care, PetPartners.org as a handler for Northeast Florida's first Pet Therapy Cat, and NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) as a public relations advocate. These non-profits are very special to me and I had the pleasure of highlighting their local contributions when I was named "Humanitarian of the Year" by NEFAR in 2019.

A few of my favorite things: my two children, Chase (30) and Carsen (26), otters, and camping.
