About the Course: Real estate law can be intricate and ever-changing, and this course provides REALTORS® with a deeper understanding of the legal issues they may encounter in their day-to-day practice. Rather than attempting to make participants legal experts, this course focuses on helping real estate professionals recognize and navigate potential legal issues with greater confidence. Participants will explore ways to minimize risk, address liability, avoid false expectations, and manage the complex documentation involved in buying and selling property. By strengthening their understanding of real estate law, participants will be better equipped to anticipate potential challenges, protect themselves and their clients, and provide knowledgeable and professional service.
