DESCRIPTION:
In this 2 hour CE presentation, designed exclusively for real estate professionals, we will delve into the potential hurdles that may arise from contract to closing, capable of derailing a smooth transaction or causing friction before the closing day. Join us to gain invaluable insights and strategies that will equip you to navigate these challenges effectively. Be prepared for the unexpected and unwanted by arming yourself with the knowledge needed to overcome potential roadblocks. This promises to be a transformative experience, providing you with the tools to ensure a seamless journey from contract to closing.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. 
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 
10 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate time to connect and troubleshoot your equipment. No exceptions.
3. All students MUST stay connect for the whole duration of the class to receive CE credit.
4. You must use either a laptop, desktop, or app that requires email login. You may NOT dial or call in. Attendance is recorded by each person’s unique email address. That means two people cannot share one email address.

Kristi Nowrouzi
Kristi Nowrouzi has been in the real estate and finance industries for over 22 years with roles as a mortgage loan officer for 13 years, prior Realtor® and a short sale negotiator. She is a Certified Credit Specialist, Certified Financial Education Instructor, Certified DISC Instructor and is also a published author of 2 books. Kristi has a master’s degree in executive management and serves the community by volunteering, including serving as a member of 2 Board of Directors for nonprofit organizations. She has been a member of the National Association of Divorce Professionals for 4 years and has a designation (RCS-D™) and specialty knowledge in working with families experiencing divorce.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
