Would like to be more comfortable when preparing those leases? Then this course is for you! The purpose of this class is to concentrate on the leasing aspect of commercial real estate. This is a category that stands alone because of all of the unique terms and concepts that are associated with it. There are many ways to structure a lease and many types of leases. REALTORS® will learn: • The terms that are associated with leasing • The different types of leases • How to calculate rent • The different types of lease agreements • And how to be comfortable with preparing a lease ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required 2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 20 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions. 3. All students MUST sign-in and out to receive CE credit. 4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only.
