This course will walk agents through the importance of a strong listing, how to use their newly acquired appraising skills to help engage the prospect and convert them to a customer, and how to communicate effectively with the bank’s appraiser. He is also a seasoned residential, commercial, and industrial appraiser and the owner of Real Property Analysts of Orlando, serving clients throughout the state of Florida.His professional expertise includes land use and marketability studies, highest and best use analyses, and economic feasibility reviews. He additionally serves as a Special Magistrate for several Florida county Value Adjustment Boards.Over the course of his career, Mr. Sutte has provided real estate appraisal and consulting services to a wide range of private and public clients in more than twenty states and the District of Columbia. His background spans real property valuation, financial analysis, and strategic real estate counseling, including experience with environmentally sensitive lands such as coastal and freshwater islands.Mr. Sutte is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI, SRA) and the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.His teaching career is equally impressive. He has served on the national faculty of the Appraisal Institute since 1972 and was awarded the Harold D. Albritton Award for his outstanding contributions to real estate education. He has developed and led numerous real estate seminars for the Appraisal Institute and the Florida Realtors® CE Express Series.Mr. Sutte also served as a faculty member for the College of Extended Studies at the University of Central Florida from 1982 to 1990. His instructional background includes courses for the Illinois Realtors® Institute, as well as programs for the Alabama, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island REALTORS® Institutes.
