The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients.

Education
-Complete the two-day core designation course.
-Complete one of the ABR® elective courses.

Work Experience
-Documentation of five completed transactions in which you acted solely as a buyer representative.

Professional Affiliation
-Membership in good standing in REBAC
-Membership in good standing in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
-
Exception: International members of REBAC do not have to be members of NAR.

Application
-Submit the designation application along with documentation of five completed transactions.

Second year is $110, but prorated based on the month you joined REBAC

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required
2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 40 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions.
3. All students MUST sign-in and out with ORRA staff to receive CE credit.
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

Reese Stewart | 2020 President, Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association

Reese Stewart is a REALTOR® here in Orlando. He is a holder of a Florida Broker License and a Florida Real Estate Instructor’s Permit. He has been a REALTOR since 1996. He is also the owner and permit holder of Stewart School of Real Estate, a permitted Real Estate School in the state of Florida. Prior to his real estate career he served in the U.S. Army and retired as a First Sergeant after 20 years of faithful service to our country. He has served on numerous committees, councils, and task forces here at ORRA. He is a former member of the Grievance Committee and a past Secretary and Treasurer of ORRA. He has been elected to ORRA’s board of directors on numerous occasions. Reese served as ORRA’s 2020 President.
