International real estate opportunities are everywhere. New people move to the U.S. from other countries every day and foreign-born individuals residing in the U.S. move to new markets. Americans in the current market invest in property overseas. No matter which international audience you cater to, the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation will provide knowledge, research, networking and tools to globalize your business.

• March 26, 2020: Local Markets (Core Course) 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• March 27, 2020: Transaction Tools (Core Course) 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• March 30, 2020: Americas (Elective Course) 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• March 31, 2020: Asia/ Pacific (Elective Course) 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• April 1, 2020: Europe (Elective Course) 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Note: The audit price is for REALTORS who already hold the CIPS Designation.  The audit price, including books, includes all 5 books and the price is non-negotiable whether one book is needed or all five. 

Additional Note:  Application fee of $75 will be due along with the 8 page  application after course  completion. Annual Dues: $220.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1.  Credit towards the designation will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 9:05 a.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time. 
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. 
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.  

ASSISTANCE: ORRA will make every effort to ensure that onsite programs are accessible to all. Call 407-513-7268 to provide advance notice to staff regarding need of assistance.

Brian Woods

Mr. Brian Woods is a seasoned real estate broker, investor, property manager, community association manager, real estate instructor and speaker. Mr. Woods owns and operates multiple real estate brokerages, a community association management firm and a real estate school. In 2013, Mr. Woods was awarded the Mid-Size Broker of the Year Award from the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches. He also owns two real estate investor associations in South Florida. Mr. Woods is passionate about international real estate, working with foreign nationals and investors. He believes that education is the key to everything. In providing a global real estate business, he believes real estate professionals need to insure they have a clear understanding of anything that potentially impacts their clients. Mr. Woods is also focused in other real estate business areas that support international real estate and investors like: Property Management, Investment Properties, Investor Financing, Legal Aspects of Real Estate
Mr. Woods is a National Association of Realtors (NAR) Certified International Properties Specialist (CIPS) instructor. He also has been featured in the NAR Global Perspectives publication.
