Learning Objectives:

After taking this class, participants will be able to:

• Understand what consumer surveys reveal about REALTORS® and their quality of service and professionalism.
• Identify five ways to assess and improve customer service.
• Understand how training and accountability increase professionalism.
• Identify strategies to meet or exceed buyer and seller expectations.
• Recognize what it takes to set themselves apart from other real estate professionals.
• Develop strategies for dealing with difficult customers without losing the deal.
• Adapt their approach to meet the standards and expectations of buyers and sellers.

Reese Stewart | 2020 President, Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association

Reese Stewart is a REALTOR® here in Orlando. He is a holder of a Florida Broker License and a Florida Real Estate Instructor’s Permit. He has been a REALTOR since 1996. He is also the owner and permit holder of Stewart School of Real Estate, a permitted Real Estate School in the state of Florida. Prior to his real estate career he served in the U.S. Army and retired as a First Sergeant after 20 years of faithful service to our country. He has served on numerous committees, councils, and task forces here at ORRA. He is a former member of the Grievance Committee and a past Secretary and Treasurer of ORRA. He has been elected to ORRA’s board of directors on numerous occasions. Reese served as ORRA’s 2020 President. 

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY

All courses cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the course date will receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will receive a credit toward another course scheduled during the same year.

It is the responsibility of the member to notify ORRA of any educational credit being used.

“No Shows” forfeit the registration fee.
