She decided to leave her stressful advertising career and make the change to the real estate profession, all hoping to leave the deadlines and long hours at the office behind her.Cynthia managed over 100 agents throughout 6 offices as the broker and owner of the largest independent real estate company in Central Florida. In 2016 she sold her company to ERA Grizzard Real Estate, one of the top 350 real estate companies in the nation. She then assumed the role as their Director of Education.
