ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. Physical presence is required 2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 40 minutes of instructional time. Please allow adequate commute time. No exceptions. 3. All students MUST sign-in and out to receive CE credit. 4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks. After completing a simultaneous closing on her own residence, all with a 1 year old and a 2 week old baby, Cynthia thought real estate looked fun and easy. (Yeah, right). She decided to leave her stressful advertising career and make the change to the real estate profession, all hoping to leave the deadlines and long hours at the office behind her.Cynthia managed over 100 agents throughout 6 offices as the broker and owner of the largest independent real estate company in Central Florida. In 2016 she sold her company to ERA Grizzard Real Estate, one of the top 350 real estate companies in the nation. She then assumed the role as their Director of Education. She became an instructor in 2002, has written multiple CE and GRI courses for several states and has spoken at several state and national events, including the National Association of REALTORS®.Cynthia has been featured in both Florida Realtor® Magazine and the National Realtor® Magazine.
