Professional Success - Transaction by Transaction (3 CE)
Member Price:  $10
Instructor:  Cynthia Deluca

Location:  In-person at the  Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA).

We’ve all seen it, MLS listings with no pictures, no room sizes, and no comments. You have to wonder, is this licensee just listing the property or trying to sell it? Licensees showing properties can be just as guilty; not leaving a business card, or not following up with the listing agent on how the showing appointment went! For far too long, licensees have been compared to bottom feeders. Let’s move up the food chain by using professional behavior in every transaction and with everyone we come in contact with during a transaction. This course will teach you about business etiquette, common courtesies, proper attire, the Golden Rule and so much more. Take a step up with Professional Success Transaction by Transaction.

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:
- Identify behavior that erodes professional performance
- Discuss what constitutes professional behavior
- Understand items that can stop a transaction before it gets started
- Determine if you are showing property properly
- Know the REALTOR® Pathways to Professionalism
- Identify the most common transaction pitfalls
- Understand the issues regarding disclosures

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

DeLuca, Cynthia

Cynthia DeLuca was born and raised in DeLand, Florida. After completing a simultaneous closing on her own residence, all with a 1 year old and a 2 week old baby, Cynthia thought real estate looked fun and easy. (Yeah, right). She decided to leave her stressful advertising career and make the change to the real estate profession, all hoping to leave the deadlines and long hours at the office behind her.

Cynthia managed over 100 agents throughout 6 offices as the broker and owner of the largest independent real estate company in Central Florida. In 2016 she sold her company to ERA Grizzard Real Estate, one of the top 350 real estate companies in the nation. She then assumed the role as their Director of Education. She became an instructor in 2002, has written multiple CE and GRI courses for several states and has spoken at several state and national events, including the National Association of REALTORS®.

Cynthia has been featured in both Florida Realtor® Magazine and the National Realtor® Magazine. She has received the prestigious Florida Realtors Educator of the Year award along with the Orlando Regional Realtor Association's Educator of the Year award. The youngest of 6, Cynthia is married with four children.

Cynthia's passion is property management and investment properties. In her spare time, she collects rental properties and visits her favorite hangout, Lowe's.
