What should they do? Challenge them to a duel? While the days of dueling are long behind us (thankfully!), there is a modern way to find a solution—through negotiation. This course explores the art of negotiation and its significance for real estate professionals when practiced effectively. REALTORS® will learn what negotiation entails and how they can use it to achieve favorable outcomes. By understanding that negotiation involves finding a suitable compromise while focusing on what each party needs from the situation, students will recognize negotiation as a critical skill that benefits both their professional and personal lives. The course also encourages REALTORS® to gain perceptions about themselves to enhance their ability to negotiate successfully with clients. Best of all, mastering negotiation can help them earn more money and achieve the results they desire.
