DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy Code of Ethics ORRA Member Pricing: $10 Instructor: Julianna Giordano Please note this class will take place at the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to class start time. Please note that anyone entering ORRA's campus is required to wear a mask at all times. Class seating will be socially distant and social distancing guidelines must be honored at all times. Every REALTOR® must complete the NAR Mandatory REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training once within each cycle. The 5th Cycle will run between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2018. REALTORS® who do not meet the requirement will have their REALTOR® status suspended on January 1, 2019. This is a nationwide requirement for all REALTORS®. ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 1:45 p.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time. 2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets. 3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. 4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks. She is also a writer, columnist, and course writer who has been featured in numerous Industry Articles throughout the years, as well as having received a multitude of awards (including REALTOR of the Year and YPN of the year). She specializes in Agent Training in areas such as: On-boarding and Day-to-Day Operations, Contracts, Law, Negotiating, Conflict Resolution, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Ethics, and of course Technology!
