During registration, select the appropriate product code based on your reason for taking the course. • Attendance for the full module is mandatory to receive credit. • Each module includes a 50-question exam requiring a 75% passing grade for post-licensing and GRI credit (not required for CE credit). • To earn the GRI designation you must complete the GRI 100, 200, and 300 series (a total of seven 2-day modules). GRI modules may be taken in any order, but all seven 2-day modules must be completed within 5 years. Originally from Northwest Indiana, Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Valparaiso University and held executive positions in the Reinsurance business before relocating with her family to Southwest Florida. Trisha Roy She works and networks with a wide and global network of real estate professionals who are affiliates through bilateral agreements with both NAR as well as Florida Realtors. Trisha is a business mentor/coach and serves as President for SCORE’s North Central Florida chapter to promote small businesses in the area. She teaches various audiences from Realtors to small business owners. She has been invited speaker to various audiences of advanced academic students about her area of specialization and leadership.Trisha is a former ecologist and environmental professional, with a wide base of understanding of environmental issues and concerns both from the standpoint of resource and environmental protection, as well as from that of the viewpoint of sellers and buyers.
