It is designed to “Turn you into a walking, talking real estate machine, and help you generate another transaction in the next 30 to 60 days. At the end of this course, the student will be able to: • Explain Fixed Rate financing to the consumer • Identify the appropriate price/numbers in the Housing Price Index that affect their current customer • Describe to their customer how the housing market reform affect the buying/selling of their property. • Explain the role of HUD • Explain RESPA and what to do to reduce liability • Describe the various elements of the mortgage disclosure forms to their customers. • Explain to customers how they can reestablish their credit if needed.
