What is a foreclosure? What are the types of foreclosures, and what is recognized in Florida? When is the foreclosure process started? This course will bring you “back to the basics,” covering the process and stages of a Florida foreclosure, answering these questions and more. Participants will gain a better understanding of the foreclosure process and the various stages involved, allowing them to better explain difficult concepts to customers. Learning Objectives: After taking this class, participants will be able to: • Understand the foreclosure process in Florida in order to simplify the explanation of difficult concepts to customers. • Understand the stages of a foreclosure and provide the pros and cons, and how to deal with customers in each stage. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will receive a credit toward another course scheduled during the same year.
