July 27th, 2026
Instructor: Bob Caldwell
8:30 am - 10:30 am | Be the Change: Fair Housing and You (English) (2 CE)
In 2019, a landmark Newsday investigation exposed widespread housing discrimination by real estate agents on Long Island — highlighting the urgent need for Fair Housing education across the industry. This course provides real estate professionals with a thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws, Florida's state- and county-level protections, and the seven federally protected classes. Students will learn to recognize illegal practices like steering and redlining, identify explicit and implicit bias, and apply best practices in advertising and client interactions. Walk away confident in your ability to serve every client fairly, ethically, and in full compliance with the law.

10:45 am - 12:45 pm | Realtor Safety - Smart Business (2 CE)
Safety First – Protecting Yourself in Real Estate
Safety should be at the top of every REALTOR®'s priority list — yet our profession uniquely requires us to trust complete strangers in situations where we're often alone and vulnerable. This course addresses the real risks agents face and provides practical, actionable strategies to protect yourself in the field. Students will learn how to apply the 5- or 10-second rule, develop a brokerage-level safety plan, and follow best practices for listing appointments, showings, and open houses. The course also covers how to recognize a stalker, safeguard your social media presence, and strengthen your phone and computer protocols to protect both you and your clients. Take this course and put Safety First!

Instructor:
8 am - 10 am |
Fundamentals of Mortgage Finance – Types of Loans and How They Perform for The Buyer  (4 CE)
So many loans, so little time! This course gives REALTORS® — new and experienced — a pictorial overview of today's most common loan types, including Fixed Rate, Adjustable Rate, Balloon Loans, and the 2-1 Buy-Down, and how each performs over its term. Students will learn to calculate ARM rate changes, craft a "Smart Offer," and confidently guide buyers and sellers through their financing options. Enroll and know your loans!  Please note: The instructor requests that all students bring their own calculator.

July 28th, 2026
Instructor: Nishad Khan
9:00 am - 12:00 pm | Core Law: Stay Out of Trouble with FREC (3 CE)
Understanding real estate law is essential to every licensee's practice — the more you know, the better you can protect your clients from costly legal complications. This course serves as a practical "red flag" guide, helping you recognize when you may be crossing into the unlicensed practice of law. Walk away with the awareness and confidence to navigate legal boundaries and keep your clients — and your license — protected.

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm | Code of Ethics (3 CE)
REALTORS® are held to a higher standard — one built on integrity, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to clients, customers, and the public. This course covers the Code of Ethics that guides professional conduct, including how to identify and address unethical practices like fraud, discrimination, and misappropriation of client funds. Students will also learn their responsibility to report violations and take an active role in upholding the reputation of the real estate profession. Walk away with a renewed commitment to the ethical standards that define what it means to be a REALTOR®.
