About the speaker:

Ms. Chere Roane is the current President for the Florida CCIM Chapter. She has also served as the 2011 President of the Central Florida Commercial Association of REALTORS® (CFCAR) for the 10 county central Florida areas, as well as other positions in commercial organizations through Florida. Chere has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1971. Her designations include ABR, CCIM, CDPE, CIPS, e-PRO, GRI and TRC and her specialties include Industrial, investment, Land, Multi-Family, Office, Site Selection and Tenant Rep. She is also the Principal Broker for Nicole & Hudson Realty.
