Your Foreign Buyers are looking to do more than just buy a home in the United States. They are looking to work, start businesses, invest, go to school, and more; as long as they have the right U.S. Immigration Status!

In this course, Sal will teach the basics of U.S. immigration and the importance of the right professional help. In addition, you will learn how certain immigration programs and real estate can work together.

Sal practices family and business immigration law, assisting and representing clients in family-based immigration (spouse, parent/child, sibling), investments (E-2 Treaty Investor and EB-5 Immigrant Investor), H-1B specialty occupations, L-1 and EB-1 multinational executives and managers, EB-1 aliens of extraordinary ability, citizenship and naturalization, and more. He has practiced Immigration law exclusively since 2011 and joined American Immigration Associates in 2018.

Sal is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association and its Immigration and Naturalization Committee, Invest in USA, the Global Council of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association , and the Central Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. 

Sal graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May, 2011. Sal's studies included a diverse array of topics including intellectual property law, government lay, and land use and environmental law. Sal returned to the University of Florida as co-adjunct professor of Business Immigration Spring of 2017.
