Kristy now enjoys focusing on brokerage and licensee representation both at the local Realtor board level and with the FL Real Estate Commission. She is the Board Attorney for the West Volusia Association of Realtors & the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors. Her other areas of practice include real estate transactions & litigation (including landlord/tenant & foreclosure work), bankruptcy, & business and contract matters. Kristy is an Orlando native & a graduate of both the University of Central FL & Stetson University College of Law. Andy Tolbert ANDREA "ANDY" TOLBERT Andy Tolbert is the president of Compass Training Center, LLC which provides pre-license, continuing education, and specialized training to the real estate, mortgage, and investor industry. Founded in 2002 they have made it their mission to provide top-notch engaging education in the Florida marketplace. Andy has written 4 courses on short sales and mortgage financing that have been approved by DBPR for CE credits for Florida real estate professionals and has authored several more, including 2 for the Florida Realtors® CE Express program. She saw the trend for short sales long before anyone knew what they were and has been sharing that knowledge long before it was "cool". She's been investing in real estate since 1998 and has been helping other investors succeed as a board member and trainer for the local real estate investment associations since 2000.
