Set yourself apart from the competitionThe GRI program is designed to enhance your knowledge of real estate marketing. Completion of the GRI 100, 200, and 300 series (seven 2-day modules) will earn you one of the industry's most respected professional designations - Graduate REALTOR® Institute.

The GRI 200 Series: "Essential Real Estate Techniques" provides you the opportunity to enhance your skills with the "Sales from the Ground Up" approach and consists of the following 2-day modules:

GRI 201 - It's All About You
Monday and Tuesday, April 24-25
8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

GRI 202 - Technology and Investments
Thursday and Friday, April 27-28
8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

*Completion of both modules fulfills the 30 broker post-licensing hours*

Completion of the GRI-100 Series (6 days) provides 45-hour Sales Associate Post-licensing (SPL) credits. Completion of the GRI-200 Series (4 days) or the GRI-300 Series (4 days) provides 30-hour Broker Post-Licensing (BPL) credits. Completion of the 2-day modules, GRI 101 and GRI 103, provides 14 CE credit hours (11 hours "specialty" CE credits plus 3 hours of Core Law). Completion of the 2-day modules, GRI 102, 201, 202, 301, and 302, will provide 11 hours "specialty" CE credit hours. To receive course credit, continuous attendance is mandatory for all GRI modules. GRI modules may be taken in any order and all seven 2-day modules must be completed within 5 years to receive the GRI designation. A 50-question exam at the end of each 2-day module will be administered and requires a 75% passing grade to receive applicable Post-licensing and GRI credit; passing grade not required for continuing education credit.
