As a REALTOR® you are challenged with collecting and storing vital information in addition to using many technology tools that open you up to the risks of viruses, malware, identity theft and more. This session will help you through the perilous legal, online and social media world as well as give you personal and computer safety tips.

After this course, you will understand: 
• Viruses and malware and how they infect your computer devices
• How to encrypt your data and avoid viruses
• State and federal laws as well as NAR policies
• The terms and dangers of copyright infringement, safe harbor, and identity copyright safe sources
• The importance of using proper online etiquette and how to handle conflict online
• The proper tools and techniques to keep your computer devices safe
