The worth of your time is critical to your business including developing your objectives and overall goals. This course will help you identify if you are spinning your wheels for minimum wage or earning what you are actually worth.

After this course, you will be able to:

• Avoid using unethical phrases and conduct
• Implement the required disclosures when selling; apply the federal Fair Housing Act and the Florida Fair Housing Act when showing
• Explain Florida's agency disclosure laws
• Identify the types of transactions covered by the Brokerage Disclosure Act
• Estimate costs the buyer may be expected to pay
• Recognize the importance of body language
• Organize and present market information for a comparative market analysis to the buyer
• Negotiate terms and price with buyers
• Implement the requirements of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act
