New homes inventory can seem daunting! This course will unveil why builders are aggressively targeting renovation-resistant buyers and how this data can be leveraged to sell more both new and used homes.

Understanding the money involved in a new home versus a used home is imperative. You will learn the value of a "fixed price" home and how to use this knowledge to help bring contracts all the way to close!

This step-by-step course will teach the correct protocol from the perspective of the buyer, the onsite agent and you, the general agent. Finding new home buyers is easier than you think. Register now for this informative time of instruction!


ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 1:15 p.m. No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time. 
2. Check in with ORRA staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. 
4. Electronic note-taking is permitted on silent devices, only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.
