Real World REO's and Short Sales

Learn the day-to-day practice of REO's and short sales

Have you thought about getting into or expanding your REO business, or were you thinking the train had already left the station? It's so much more than "getting on a list". The instructor will offer discussion on the ins and outs of lender and asset management representation, including real world requirements of REO Trans and lender mandated software platforms.

What you will learn in this class:

• How to get the REO initiatively
• Submit offers, multiple offers, back up offers, and all the details required
• Sites you should use such as REO Trans
• How to get reimbursed for expenses
• Work with REO brokers
• How to get your offer accepted
• How to move your offer up in priority
• To get better even if you are a REO specialist
