Sal DiStefano
Sal has been buying and selling real estate since 1984 in Cape Coral, FL. As an investor, he has had skin in the game and has seen the highs and lows this business can offer. Sal obtained his real estate license in 2013. Sal went his first year without a commission check followed by a 6- igure income in year two and beyond with many stories to tell along the way. Two years later he opened his own brokerage with his daughter Calee. Sal and Calee have enjoyed continued success in 2017 and 2018 being voted best real estate brokerage by the local community readers’ poll. They both attribute that success to the fact that over 90% of their business each year is obtained by referrals. Referrals are the best compliment a REALTOR® can receive. You can’t achieve that statistic without an above average understanding of how to communicate, build rapport and negotiate with and for your customers. Each sale and customer is unique, therefore requires different communication and negotiation styles.

Before obtaining his real estate license and brokerage, Sal was a National Training Director in the advertising industry for 20+ years. Sal has a passion for instilling confidence in new agents through education and example. He has trained thousands of new sales people over the years and has the ability to create an engaging and comfortable learning atmosphere. Sal has been certified in DISC personality trainings and recently completed GRI.

Sal has two children, one son and one daughter, along with two wonderful grandchildren. Sal is originally from Milwaukee, WI where he grew up in the family restaurant industry and owned many businesses. He studied communications at Marquette University and was a state debate and public speaker champion.
