This course will explain how to easily identify strengths and weaknesses within an appraisal report and prepare you to form your own opinion of the quality of an appraisal you have received. A court appointed expert, and having managed her own appraisal firm since 2001, she is experienced in performing all types of appraisals on all types of residential properties. Currently, Megan is a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute, seeking her AI-RRS Review Designation. Megan was born in Orlando,has been a lifelong resident and attended UCF from 1990-1994. Megan is the proud mother of three children, 13,11, and 9 and enjoys spending time with her family at the beach or “roughing it” in her 1975 Air stream Over lander. Megan is a member of her children’s school PTA organizations and the Nils M. Schweizer Central Florida Modern Club. Megan is also the author of several essays and presentation including “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly of Residential Appraisal Reports” and “Understanding the Appraisal Process and How it Relates to Lending Today”. She has spoken before the Orange County Bar Association and at various private functions.
