The market is hot, and you need to be, too! If you are a new REALTOR® member (1 month – 3 years in the industry) then this course is geared for YOU!

This comprehensive program will provide new agents with the tools, training, and best practices to get your business up and running. Your registration fee covers a combination of six live and virtual modules as follows:

Monday, June 21st, Welcome & Module 1: LIVE at ORRA: 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (lunch will be provided)
Thursday, June 24th, VIRTUAL on Zoom: 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Monday, June 28th, VIRTUAL on Zoom: 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Wednesday, June 30th: VIRTUAL on Zoom: 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Wednesday, July 7th: VIRTUAL on Zoom: 5:30- 8:30 p.m.
Thursday, July 8th, LIVE at ORRA: 1:00-4:00 p.m. (final course & graduation)


The 6 modules are not for the faint of heart and will dig deeply in to: Building Your Business & Demonstrating Your Value, Converting Buyers & Building your Buyer-Side Business, and Neutralizing Sell Concerns & Building Your Listing-Side Business.

The registration fee cannot be split, there are no partial payments and no refunds for missed modules. However, should you miss a module, you will still receive a copy of the material. Your registration acknowledges your understanding of this policy.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
The registration fee cannot be split, there are no partial payments and no refunds for missed modules. However, should you miss a module, you will still receive a copy of the material. Your registration acknowledges your understanding of this policy.  A fee of 50% will be assessed for cancellations received within 5 days of the first course date of June 21, 2021 and no refund for No Shows. Zola moved to the Orlando area from New York City in 2000. Zola's passion for real estate began in his mid-twenties when he purchased his first investment property in Pennsylvania. Once in Orlando, he discovered it was his true calling and since then has energetically built a thriving practice serving both local and international clients in selling, buying and investing in beautiful Central Florida or abroad.

Zola is member of the CIPS Faculty, Florida Realtors Faculty and 2014 Past President for the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association. He was the 2011 Chair for NAR International Local Council Forum, 2012 Chair for Florida Realtors Global Networking Forums, past Chair of ORRA's International Council (ORIC). He was the 2014 Chairman for Florida Realtors® Global Business Committee and 2013 Chair for NAR CIPS Advisory Board. He has been honored to be the 2011 Realtor® of the Year in Orlando.

Zola has performed various presentations locally, nationally and internationally. He has covered a variety of topics including forming and growing global councils in different associations, explaining the differences in local and international operations and clarifying the many cultural variations and challenges.
