Come learn how and why professional looking photos are important to selling property and a do-it-yourself way to capture them yourself, the right way! Staging Section: This class will offer an overview of numerous aspects of staging and how it can benefit almost every Seller and REALTOR®. Staging goals, statistics, costs and benefits, as well as its limitations and seller objections provided. An array of unbranded staging handouts and Seller DIYs are provided for your listing presentations to give you an edge over other REALTORS® and offer more value to Sellers who are considering listing with you.
