In "To Disclose or Not", we dive into the disclosure requirements of Johnson v. Davis and how it affects all sellers of residential properties, along with understanding the best way for those disclosures to take place along with how to protect our-selves in the process. ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. FREC requires that licensees attend 90% of instructional class time. 2. CE credit will not be awarded to students who miss more than 10 minutes of instructional time. 3. After completing a simultaneous closing on her own residence, all with a 1 year old and a 2 week old baby, Cynthia thought real estate looked fun and easy. (Yeah, right). She decided to leave her stressful advertising career and make the change to the real estate profession, all hoping to leave the deadlines and long hours at the office behind her.Cynthia managed over 100 agents throughout 6 offices as the broker and owner of the largest independent real estate company in Central Florida.
