This course will address YOUR business structure from a legal and tax perspective. Keep more of the money you earn and reduce your liability. Especially important for teams and agent's whose gross commission is at least $50,000 per year! This course will cover: • The initial steps when starting a real estate business • How to create a bookkeeping system to keep track of all business-related expenses in order to comply with IRS guidelines • The difference between a PLLC, LLC or PA and the requirements for each • Items that are a deductible real estate business expense according to the IRS CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS $25 fee for free classes or forfeiture of registration fee for cancellation within 3 days of course date or for no shows.
