New CFPB Closing Disclosures

Change is effective October 1, 2015 - know before you close

Every REALTOR® should take a CFPB Readiness Course so that they are prepared to handle the discussions with their buyers and sellers pertaining to the loan estimate and closing procedures. The Good Faith Estimate, HUD-1 Settlement Statement and TILA forms are all going away and being replaced with new mortgage disclosure forms as well as the timelines that correspond with the closing.

This CFPB Readiness Course provides you with...

• A brief history into the creation of the CFPB, why it was created, and what they regulate
• A review of the new rules and forms set forth by the CFPB
• An in-depth look into the sections of the new forms:
- The Loan Estimate replaces the GFE and early TILA
- The Closing Disclosure replaces the HUD-1 and the Final TILA

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
$25 fee for free classes or forfeiture of registration fee for cancellation within 3 days of course date or for no shows
