Quadrennial Code of Ethics

This class must be completed before December 31, 2016!

As mandated by NAR, REALTORS® are required to complete quadrennial ethics training every four years that consists of not less than two hours and forty-five minutes of instructional time. The 4th cycle Quadrennial Code of Ethics course must be completed before December 31, 2016 in order to keep an active membership.

Code of Ethics training was establised by NAR in order to:
• Create an awareness of and appreciation for the role the code can and should play in REALTORS'® professional lives
• Enhance professionalism and competency
• Encourage REALTORS® to view their code of ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers, and the public

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOWS
$25 fee for free classes or forfeiture of registration fee for cancellation within 3 days of course date or for no shows.
