The Reverse Mortgage class is an introduction to the federally insured Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) Program. The course provides attendees with an in depth explanation and understanding of how the Reverse Mortgage operates and who qualifies. The class also provides up to date information on major changes FHA has recently made to the program, including the Reverse Mortgage for Purchase, Financial Assessment (Income/Credit guidelines) and protections for spouses that are not yet 62 years old.
