Schlitt is a partner in the law firm of Keating & Schlitt, P.A., in Orlando, Florida. Since 1991, Mr. Schlitt has practiced law in downtown Orlando primarily in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, commercial real estate lending transactions, commercial leasing, loan workout transactions and mortgage foreclosure litigation.
