The "From Contract to Commission: Basic Course" gave an overview of the life of a contract from data entry to commission check and covered red flags that might delay closings such as: bankruptcy, foreclosure, and probates. This advanced course takes an in depth look into title vesting and the different entities that hold title and will review the roles played by judgements, power of attorneys and foreign investment real property tax act in completing the closing transactions.
